India, a challenging place for infra investments: Canada Pension Board CEO

India remains a challenging place for infrastructure investments, thanks to the executive risk associated with projects, complicated investment structures due to taxation policies and unpredictable regulations, said Mark Wiseman, chief executive of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), which manages 268.6 billion Canadian dollars ($203.09 billion) in pension fund assets.
