Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has informed the exchanges that it has raised Rs.84 crore ($12.64 million) equity funds from existing investors in exchange of preferential allotment to four investors.
“Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has today informed BSE that the Bank has approved the allotment of 3,24,05,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs.25.98 per share (including premium of Rs.15.98) on preferential allotment basis,” the company statement said.
