Three West Asian funds have envisaged interest in acquiring stake in Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management, while Prestige Estates Projects is looking to sell 25% of its office portfolio to individual investors.

Three West Asian sovereign wealth funds — Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Investment Corporation of Dubai, and Qatar Investment Authority — are also in the fray to acquire Reliance Capital‘s $1-billion stake in Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management, according to a Times of India report.
