<h3>WPP-backed Grey acquires digital marketing firm Autumn Worldwide</h3>
<p>Advertising major WPP Group company Grey Group has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Bengaluru-based social media and digital marketing agency Autumn Worldwide for an undisclosed amount.</p>
<p>The acquisition will provide Autumn&#8217;s clients access to Grey Group&#8217;s international network, while clients of the latter from across the globe will benefit from the social media and digital marketing expertise provided by Autumn, said a statement.</p>

<h3>Eupheus Learning secures more funding from existing investor Sixth Sense</h3>
<p>Edtech firm Eupheus Learning has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from its existing investor Sixth Sense Ventures. The early-stage investor had first invested in the firm in March this year.</p>
<p>According to <strong><a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/small-biz/startups/newsbuzz/sixth-sense-ventures-makes-undisclosed-investment-in-edutech-firm-eupheus-learning/articleshow/66405570.cms" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a report</a></strong> in The Economic Times, Sixth Sense has injected around Rs 15-18 crore in Euphus in total and owns about 44 per cent of the startup.</p>
<h3>Beverage startup Invenmi gets seed funding</h3>
<p>Ready-to-drink tea maker Invenmi has raised $150,000 from US-based venture capital firm Austin Seed Ventures, according to an Inc42 report.</p>
<p>The Bengaluru-based startup plans to use the seed funding to expand to Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai. It also plans to build a supply chain and expand distribution in existing/new cities besides making sales and marketing hires, said the report.</p>
<h3>Altico extends additional funds to Pharande Group</h3>
<p>Real estate-focused non-banking financial company Altico Capital India has extended an additional funding of Rs 100 crore to Pune-based real estate firm Pharande Group.</p>
<p>Altico has so far sanctioned Rs 600 crore towards Pharande&#8217;s projects through multiple transactions and has achieved exits in some of them. The latest funding has been made for a tenure of five years, said <strong><a href="https://epaper.timesgroup.com/Olive/ODN/TheEconomicTimes/#" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a report</a></strong> in The Economic Times, quoting sources.</p>
<h3>BetterPlace eyes $13.6m funding in Series B round</h3>
<p>Blue collar ecosystem solutions management firm BetterPlace is looking to raise Rs 100 crore ($13.6 million) in its Series B round of funding, according to <strong><a href="https://epaper.timesgroup.com/Olive/ODN/TheEconomicTimes/#" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a report</a></strong> in The Economic Times.</p>
<p>BetterPlace co-founder Pravin Agarwala told the newspaper that the funding will be closed by the fiscal-end and existing investors are likely to participate in the round.</p>
