On-demand hyper-local delivery startup Shadowfax has acquired smaller rival Pickingo Logixpress Pvt. Ltd in a cash and stock deal, said a report in The Economic Times.
With the acquisition, Shadowfax also takes about 45 employees from Pickingo’s management onboard along with a few hundred delivery boys, the report said.
