India: IFC to invest upto $100m to Fullerton India Credit Company

IFC – the private lending arm of the World Bank Group – has proposed to invest upto $100 million to Mumbai-headquartered NBFC Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd (FICCL), a unit of Temasek Holdings.

The investment will be done through a subscription of company’s secured, fixed, rated, listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and rupee denominated masala bonds, according to an IFC disclosure.
