India has been witnessing a surge in investments in its technology startups, with 2016 seeing a record number of deals in the space. While 2017 is on track for a slowdown in deal pace, funding is on track to reach a new high and more than triple the deal totals seen last year.
Early-stage investors are the most active in the tech space in India, with Mumbai-based Blume Ventures leading the race, according to a report by CB Insights.
