India: Regional airline aspirant FlyEasy in talks to sell 49% stake to Sharjah's Air Arabia

Bengaluru-based regional airline aspirant FlyEasy has initiated discussions to sell a minority 49% stake to Sharjah-based low-cost carrier Air Arabia, according to a report in The Economic Times.

FlyEasy, a subsidiary of the Bangalore-based ABC Aviation and Training Services Private Ltd, has also sought the aviation ministry’s approval for the proposed foreign direct investment (FDI).
