India: SaaS firm Zoho hit by persistent online attacks that have stalled services

From Zoho site

Zoho Corporation, a provider of the online suite of apps for businesses, first started getting hit by a concerted attack on Wednesday. And it has not stopped.

Denial-of-service attacks are a form of online hacking that floods a company’s servers with bogus requests from multiple sites. Genuine customers are then unable to access any of the services they paid for. Such an attack does not compromise customer data.
