Coimbatore-based SP Apparels Ltd, which retails garments under the ‘Crocodile’ brand, has filed draft papers for the initial public offer (IPO) with capital markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to raise about $33 million (Rs 251 crore), PTI reported.
