Bangalore-based HR services provider Quess Corp Ltd (Quess) has signed an agreement to acquire Randstad Lanka Pvt Ltd from Randstad India Pvt Ltd, for an undisclosed amount, according to a stock market disclosure.
The deal, subject to necessary regulatory approvals, will give Quess a presence across eight countries in the Asia-Pacific.
