Indonesia’s Cermati raises series A funding from East Ventures, Beenos Plaza

Financial e-commerce startup Cermati  has raised $1.9 million in a series A round led by East Ventures, one of the most active local VCs in Indonesia. Existing investor Beenos Plaza also participated in this round.

Last year, Cermati secured a seed funding round also led by East Ventures and Beenos. The size of the round was not disclosed.
