Investcorp India Acquisition, an India-focused special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), announced raising $225 million in its initial public offering (IPO) in the US.
The blank cheque company offered 22.5 million units at $10 apiece, with each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary shares and one-half of one redeemable warrant of the company. The units listed on the Nasdaq and are trading under the ticker symbol IVCAU.
