Japan's Dream Incubator sets up $100m second fund, to invest in Vietnam, India & SEA

Japanese private equity (PE) firm Dream Incubator is planning to launch a $100 million DIAIF Fund II, which will be focussed on the the Indian and the Southeast Asian (SEA) markets.

The initial five billion yen ($50 million) Dream Incubator Asian Industrial Fund is managed by the DI Vietnam JSC unit, which invests in companies that are expanding and focus on growing domestic demand in Vietnam. The sectors of investment include, consumer goods, healthcare and retail.
