Private equity major KKR & Co has raised a combined $179.5 million through two new vehicles understandably for its fourth Asia-focused fund.
The KKR Asia IV Private Investors fund has raised $95.9 million from 109 investors, while the KKR Asia IV Private Investors Offshore SICAV-RAIF has raised $83.6 million from 64 investors, according to regulatory filings by the firm.
