Korea's SK Holdings picks 10% stake in China's e-Shang Redwood for $333m

Korean business conglomerate SK Holdings will invest $333 million to acquire a 10 per cent stake in PE firm Warburg Pincus-backed warehousing developer e-Shang Redwood (ESR), a firm that already boasts of a heavyweight investor list that includes APG, CPPIB, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
