Indian healthtech startup MFine lays off more than 50% of its staff to cut costs

Indian digital health startup MFine has laid off more than half of its total workforce, multiple sources told DealStreetAsia, joining a host of growth- and late-stage startups that have recently let go of employees to conserve cash as fundings slow down amid volatile global markets.

MFine, which raised $48 million in a Series C funding in September, was founded in 2017 by former Myntra executives Ashutosh Lawania and Prasad Kompalli, who were later joined by Ajit Narayanan and Arjun Choudhary.
