Chinese venture capital firm Lightspeed China Partners (LCP), an affiliate of Silicon Valley-based Lightspeed Venture Partners, is planning to raise two new funds, totalling $560 million, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The firm has sought to raise $200 million for Lightspeed China Partners Select I, L.P., and $360 million for Lightspeed China Partners IV, L.P, the filing added. The second fund at $360 million will be Lightspeed China’s largest yet, said a TechCrunch report quoting PitchBook.
