Matrix-backed Chinese interactive audio platform Lizhi files for US IPO

Lizhi Inc, a Matrix Partners-backed interactive audio entertainment platform in China, has filed for an initial public offering with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company, which intends to list under the symbol “LIZI” on the New York Stock Exchange, set a placeholder amount of $100 million to indicate the size of the IPO, a filing with the regulator showed.
