Malaysian SPAC files $100m IPO, seeks opportunities in telecom space

Malaysian special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corporation, has filed for a $100 million listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange.

The SPAC will issue 10 million units, with an offering price of $10 per unit and consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.5 per share.
