Manulife delays $426m Singapore IPO of US assets

Canadian financial services group Manulife that was seeking to raise $426 million by listing its real estate investment trust (REIT) in Singapore, has delayed its initial public offering because of increased stock-market volatility, bankers linked to the float confirmed.

DEALSTREETASIA recently reported that Manulife had already begun building up its order book for the float, as per the prospectus filed with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
