Singapore’s Mapletree to acquire 20-storey Seoul office building for $386m

Singapore-based real estate asset manager Mapletree Investment has teamed up with listed Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (MNACT) to acquire a 20-storey freehold office building in Gangnam, Seoul for an agreed value of 452 billion won ($386 million), Mapletree Group said in a statement.
