M&G Real Estate Asia, the real estate fund management arm of UK-based M&G Investments, has acquired a significant stake in a joint venture that owns ESR Yatomi Distribution Centre in Nagoya, Japan.
Logistics real estate firm ESR Cayman announced the acquisition of ESR Yatomi Distribution Centre Tuesday, adding that M&G bought the stake from ESR-managed Redwood Japan Logistics Fund II and Redwood Investor (Kawajima) Ltd.
