Min-Liang Tan, CEO of gaming products and services corporation Razer Inc., that had an immensely successful initial public offering (IPO) earlier this month, said the company would be open to an acquisition-led strategy as it expands its business into the mobile phone space with its gamer-centred approach.

Speaking at the TechCrunch event in Singapore last week, just hours after unveiling the first Razer phone for game lovers, Tan said, the growth prospects of the company, best known for its gaming peripherals, remained robust, and added that it planned to use the IPO proceeds on developing new product verticals, funding acquisitions and R&D, and also growing its brand via increased marketing initiatives.
