India's Mobile Premier League reports 29% revenue surge in 2021 as losses narrow

Sequoia India-backed online gaming platform Mobile Premier League (MPL) recorded a 29% increase in group revenue in the financial year ended March 31, 2022, according to its latest regulatory filings.

The company narrowed its total comprehensive loss slightly to $195.2 million from $199.5 million a year ago, its filings with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) showed.
