In the M&A space, Mobile Premier League (MPL) on Wednesday said it has acquired product engineering consultancy firm Crevise Technologies. Separately, Reliance Mutual Fund was reported to have sold shares worth Rs 410 crores of Zee Enterprises that the Essel Group promoters had pledged with the asset manager.
