Novo Holdings has agreed to acquire US pharmaceutical manufacturer Ritedose Corporation from Hong Kong-based AGIC Capital and China’s Humanwell Healthcare while UWinTech has secured $28 million in its Series C round.

Life science investor Novo Holdings, part of the Novo Nordisk Foundation, has agreed to acquire US pharmaceutical manufacturer Ritedose Corporation from Hong Kong-based AGIC Capital and China’s Humanwell Healthcare.
