India’s largest cab hailing service Ola Cabs has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the government of Andhra Pradesh to invest $23 million (Rs 150 crore) and add 40,000 vehicles to its platform over the next three years, according to a statement.

The proposed investment will encourage driver entrepreneurship and create employment opportunities in the state, Ola said in a statement.
