India's Paytm said to raise $1.1b from GIC, BlackRock, others as part of IPO

One97 Communications Ltd., the parent brand of Paytm, is expected to raise $1.1 billion from anchor investors as a part of its $2.4 billion initial public offering, according to three individuals aware of the discussion.

Participating investors include BlackRock Inc., Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and GIC along with other sovereign wealth funds, one of the individuals quoted above said on condition of anonymity.
