Indian fund managers go slow on deals, toughen due diligence amid testing times

Ongoing macroeconomic headwinds have shaken up the due diligence process among Indian fund managers. Investors are taking far longer to collect and analyse the information provided by companies, stretching the due diligence process to about six months before arriving at a pricing for the funding round.
