Indonesian hospital operator Pertamedika IHC said to be raising over $300m from PE firms

Indonesian hospital operator PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC (Indonesia Healthcare Corporation), known as Pertamedika IHC, is learnt to be raising more than $300 million from investors including private equity firms, according to several sources familiar with the matter. Established in 1997, Pertamedika IHC is a subsidiary of the country’s largest state-owned firm, Pertamina.
