SE Asia-focused SPAC RF Acquisition prices $100m Nasdaq IPO

RF Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) focused on the new economy sector in Southeast Asia, announced the pricing of its $100-million initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq stock exchange.

In its latest filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the blank cheque company said it is offering 10 million units at a price of $10 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock of the company, one redeemable warrant, and one right to receive one-tenth of one share of common stock.
