Singapore-based online fashion and lifestyle platform iFashion Group has acquired local curated lifestyle marketplace Megafash for $2.48 million (S$3.5 million) in a cash and stock deal, strengthening iFashion’s portfolio before listing this year.

The Megafash acquisition follows iFashion’s earlier buy of lifestyle and fashion brands like INVADE, Dressabelle and NOSE. Moreover, the acquisition can also been seen as the firm’s effort to strengthen its portfolio and pave the way for iFashion to list in April or May.
