Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd is divesting its entire stake in two North Asian-based logistics companies for S$39 million ($28.22 million) while fellow listed peer Straits Trading Company Limited (STC) is acquiring a Tokyo area apartment buildings for ¥3.08 billion ($28.51 million).
