SG Digest: Meitu major shareholder in Migme; SIIC scrip up on Henan deal

Chinese photo and video app developer Meitu becomes a substantial shareholder after investing $1.5 million in Singapore-based Migme and SIIC Environment Holdings shares gained after it took a 75 per cent stake in Henan Zhonghui Lianhe Investment.

Meitu Inc announced today that it has become a major shareholder of Migme after investing $1.5 million at AUD 0.40 per share into the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed company.
