Membrane manufacturer Memstar Technology has filed a request with the Singapore Exchange (SGX) to convert its trading halt, which was announced on Monday, into a voluntary suspension with immediate effect due to pending negotiation on revising key terms of a proposed reverse takeover (RTO) of Longmen Group, which drills and processes coalbed methane in mainland China and is backed by the private equity (PE) firm Aloe Group.
