Indian B2B e-commerce startup ShopX raises $35m from HK's Fung

Bengaluru-based assisted ecommerce startup for small shopkeepers ShopX has raised $35 million in a new round of funding from Hong Kong-headquartered Fung Strategic Holdings Ltd (FSH), it announced on Tuesday.

The latest funding comes less than four months after ShopX, operated by 10i Commerce Services Private Ltd, raised $2 million (Rs 13 crore) in funding from Infosys co-founder and former UIDAI chairman Nandan Nilekani in mid April this year. Nilekani has backed ShopX from its early days with a personal investment of more than $18 million, the startup said in a statement.
