Singapore-based private equity-backed business development services provider InCorp Group has acquired three subsidiaries of CA Trust Group for an undisclosed amount to bolster its corporate secretarial, accounting, taxation and consulting practices.
The acquired units are APP Management Advisory Pte Ltd, CA Trust Solutions Pte Ltd and CA Trust Taxation Pte Ltd.
