Singapore's Global Invacom calls off acquisition of biometric firm Tactilis

Singapore-listed satellite equipment provider Global Invacom Group (GInva) has decided to terminate its proposed acquisition of Malaysia-based biometric system-on-card maker Tactilis, a deal that then valued it at $200 million, according to a regulatory filing.
