Singapore-based property developer Rowsley, controlled by billionaire Peter Lim, has partnered with former Manchester United football stars Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs in a joint venture (JV) to redevelop Manchester’s historic Northern Stock Exchange building into a boutique hotel.
According to Rowsley, the Grade II listed Edwardian Baroque building in the city centre will be extensively renovated into a hole, with the addition of restaurants, conference/events space, a rooftop bar and basement gym. It’s gross floor area is 49,000 square feet (sq ft).
