Singapore: Low Keng Huat buys Cairnhill Mansions for $277m

Singapore-listed construction and property group Low Keng Huat has acquired Cairnhill Mansions, an 18-story block of 61 apartments sitting on a land area of about 43,100 square feet, for S$362 million ($277 million).

In a disclosure to the Singapore Exchange, the property developer said the acquisition would enable Low Keng Huat to replenish its land bank for residential developments in Singapore.
