Singtel's Australian subsidiary Optus to acquire Amaysim for $175m

Singtel‘s Australian subsidiary Optus is planning to acquire Amaysim’s mobile business for $175 million, according to an announcement.

Under the agreement with Amaysim, the fourth largest mobile provider in Australia, Optus will acquire the shares of its mobile holding company and its customer base of approximately 1.19 million subscribers.
