Taiwanese SaaS provider Kdan Mobile raises $5m in Series A

Kdan Mobile Software, a Taiwan-headquartered global Software as a Service (SaaS) provider that operates in China and the US, has raised $5 million in Series A funding round backed by WI Harper Group, Darwin Venture Management, and Accord Ventures, according to a company statement.

Founded in 2009, Kdan Mobile has been providing mobile software applications and online services that have been downloaded more than 120 million times worldwide, allowing users to create, distribute, and conjoin projects via a variety of devices across platforms.
