Creditors of the Indonesian agritech startup TaniHub have moved the Jakarta district court looking to put the beleaguered company under the ‘temporary suspension of debt payments’ (PKPU) obligations, show court documents seen by DealStreetAsia.
The court will begin hearing the petitions — filed on Dec. 9 by PT Alpha Swara Konsultan and Ludwina Emilia Maks — on Thursday. If the court admits the petitions, TaniHub’s debt payment obligations will be suspended for 45 days.
