Urban development group Surbana Jurong has signed a deal with a unit of mainland real estate developer China Vanke to jointly develop industrial new towns in China, the Temasek-owned developer said in a statement.
Under the agreement, Surbana and Vanke Industrial Town (Vanke) will jointly develop industrial new town projects in China’s midwest regions.
