Singapore-based Horizon Quantum Computing has raised $12 million in Series A funding from Tencent Holdings, according to regulatory filings.
The startup, which provides software development and deployment tools for quantum computing applications, issued Series A preference shares to THL A12 Limited on 31 March 2022, show its filings with Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). THL A12 is a Tencent-controlled entity domiciled in the British Virgin Islands.
