Chennai-based cross-border supply chain startup Wiz Freight has raised Rs 275 crore ($36.6 million) in a mix of equity and debt funding led by New York-based investment firm Tiger Global, making it the largest Series A funding in the Indian logistics space, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The announcement comes less than a year after the startup scooped up $3.5 million in its seed round, led by Axilor Ventures.
