Hong Kong-based specialty secondary investments fund TR Capital is in the market to raise $300 million for a new private equity fund – TR Capital IV – three years after closing TR Capital III at $200 million.
Its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has not specified the minimum investment it is accepting from any outside investor. It has appointed Sixpoint Partners as a placement agent in the US.
