Tribe Capital, a Silicon Valley-based early-stage venture capital firm, has so far raised $164.3 million for its new VC fund, its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed.
The firm, which co-led the $27 million Series C3 funding round in India’s first mile logistics and shipping for e-commerce firm Shiprocket in February, also raised the target for Tribe Capital Fund II from $150 million to $300 million.
