Utico extends deadline for signing binding agreement with Hyflux to June 27

United Arab Emirates-based utility firm Utico FZC has extended the deadline for signing a binding agreement with embattled Singapore firm Hyflux to June 27.

According to a communique, Utico has also asked for a town hall meeting in the week of July 7 with Hyflux’s perpetual securities and preference shareholders (PNP) if the binding agreement is signed by June 27.
